How to setup DNS for 2 servers with one domain name?

DNSReport Reports my Second DNS with wrong IP
I have run DNSReport against my domain. Daystarinc.com It says my name servers are 63.127.199.150 and 64.65.241.107. However my second DNS server is really 71.255.125.243. How can I get this fixed?
